Black and Brown

Dress - ASOS (Similar) | Jacket - New Look | Trainers - New Look | Bag - H&M

Ever do a blog shoot, happy with what you've seen on the screen and then get home to bitter disappointment? Yeah, that. I can't wait to be able to afford a camera with greater resolution, but then when your face doesn't cooperate anyway, maybe it's moot.

Moan over, is black and brown a yes from you or not? I think it can work depending on the pieces. This ribbed ASOS jumper dress has been a wardrobe staple for me for over a year now. Perfect for transitional seasons that can be easily dressed up or down, for shopping trips or for drinks. I was getting bored of how everyday a black leather jacket was looking, so switching it up for a tan alternative just softens a look.

Also, shoutout to these bargain Adidas Superstar-esque style trainers - super comfortable, go with everything and they should last me a while too. I'd been eyeing up the premium version for yonks, but didn't want to spend the £. I used to hate the whole feminine meet trainer vibe, but I guess one can change.

This week's been a busy one for me with interviews, Budapest organising (a week today) and I also decided to start cutting dairy from my diet. I was already pescetarian and in a way I still will be, but without the dairy part too. Veganism has been something I've been thinking about for a while now and with much research and influence from many vloggers and bloggers, it was time. Yes, I'll miss a lot - I'm a foody after all, but I hated facing myself in the mirror and seeing an animal loving hypocrite. It will be a rewarding challenge. If you want more details or food diary posts, please let me know.

Let me know what you think.
